pool & area dirty(all week),common area waste recepticles not emptied all week. Speaker blown on t.v. , fridge never got cold enough to save food .Forgot framed pictures in room, staff unable to find them. very disappointing plus we both called and person taking call promised to call back....guess what? No call. Housekeeping is the last line of defense, the failure to recover guests property is problematic at best.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and tidy. It had incredible views of the mountains. - the location was peaceful and convenient, just a short walk to the car hire terminal, Free Parking, and nearby restaurants.
